Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned finance leader to join the EULA regional finance team in Barcelona. You will own IBP processes, coordinate monthly regional exercises with EULA Supply Chain, and drive forecast accuracy while challenging assumptions.

You will translate country cycle variations into clear messages for the EULA leadership, lead the Financial Strategic Plan with regional and global stakeholders, and build the financial trajectory from sales to EBITDA in line with Group priorities and

Formación

• Master's degree in finance or equivalent.
• Experience in a challenging finance role.
• Prior experience working in multinational matrix organizations, preferably from CPG and FMCH.
• Strong rigor and ability to multitask, organize, manage, and prioritize deadlines.
• Very good understanding of finance drivers.
• Well-developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key member of the EULA regional finance leadership team.
• Serve as main finance focal point for the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) process.
• Collaborate closely with the EULA Head of Finance and regional finance community.
• Coordinate the monthly regional IBP exercise with EULA Supply Chain.
• Drive forecast accuracy, challenge assumptions, and ensure process alignment with group instructions.
• Focus on top-line trajectory, profitable volume growth, price-volume analysis, equilibrium SIT, and inventory landing.
• Support preparation of monthly regional IBP/MBR meetings.
• Translate country and zone cycle variations into clear messages for the EULA leadership team.
• Lead the Financial Strategic Plan with EULA Zones and regional/global stakeholders.
• Build the financial trajectory from sales to EBITDA in line with Group ambition and strategic priorities.
• Support the EULA Head of Finance with projects, ad-hoc analysis, planning exercises, and reviews.
• Act as a reference for transversal projects including VCP, Procurement, HCP, and RGM.
