FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

We now have an opening for a Financial Performance Officer to join our Iberia Finance department based in Madrid.

The candidate will join the financial performance team of Klépierre Iberia. We currently own and operate 11 shopping centers in Spain and Portugal with 440K sqm of GLA and NOI of €142 million. You will be working in a global and challenging environment, and frequent interaction with different departments (operational and back office) will be essential to carry out your duties.

In this role you will be responsible for:

1. Build and analyze dashboards and business KPI’s performance, detecting deviations and proposing corrective measures.
2. Participate in the preparation of Budget and 5-year BP coordinating the information flow from all departments involved (leasing, operations, asset management, financial performance).
3. Data Exploration and Analysis: Use data tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends.
4. Manage data from various sources to prepare accurate reports with specified deadlines.
5. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and optimization.
6. Actively engage with business teams to provide financial insights and support that drive performance improvements.

Profile

1. Education and Experience:
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from a top-ranked University. (Double degree in Business Administration and Data Analytics will be a plus).
3. 2 to 3 years of controlling or audit experience.
4. Data analytics work experience is highly valuable. Expertise in Business intelligence tools required (Power BI, SQL, Python...).
5. We are looking for someone with:
6. Excellent command of Spanish & English is mandatory; French language will be a plus.
7. Highly motivated with an ability to listen and a willingness to learn.
8. Outstanding analytical skills to critically evaluate information.
9. Ability to multi-task, meeting strict deadlines.
10. Great team player.
11. Proactive and able to work on own initiative.
