Formación

• Опыт работы в бухгалтерии, налоговом или финансовом подразделении (консалтинговая/профессиональная среда).
• Уверенное владение принципами бухучета и налогового учёта.
• Умение объяснять клиентам сложные вопросы и выстраивать доверительные отношения.
• Готовность предлагать улучшения и внедрять новые процессы.
• Удобство работы с технологическими инструментами и ИИ.

Responsabilidades

• Поддерживать учет клиентов: счета, банковские операции, ежемесячные и ежеквартальные закрытия.
• Готовить и подавать налоги: НДС, подоходный налог, корпоративный налог.
• Подготавливать официальные книги и годовую отчетность.
• Выступать как контактное лицо по вопросам бухгалтерии и налога, объяснять клиентам.

Zinco is a strategic partner for demanding Spanish SMEs, startups, and corporations. It helps founders and CEOs make their companies more profitable and scalable by providing professional, tax, labor, accounting, and legal services supported by proprietary technology, AI, and expert talent.

Задачи

• Keep clients’ accounting up to date, including invoices, bank reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly closings;
• Prepare and file taxes, including VAT, personal income tax, and corporate tax;
• Prepare official books and annual accounts;
• Act as a trusted contact for clients’ accounting and tax questions, explaining matters clearly;
• Anticipate problems and identify discrepancies before they become issues;
• Coordinate with labor and finance teams to provide clients with an integrated service;
• Work with digital tools such as Holded, Sage, and A3, and improve or automate processes where possible.

Требования

• Previous experience in accounting, tax, or finance environments such as an advisory firm, professional services firm, Big 4, bank, or company;
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and confidence in filing taxes;
• Independent judgment and willingness to suggest improvements;
• Clear communication and ability to build client trust;
• Ability to identify opportunities to provide additional support and grow accounts;
• Comfort and curiosity when working with technology and AI;
• Meticulous organization and commitment to accurate, up-to-date work;
• Interest in specializing in advanced taxation, reporting, or team management;
• Builder mindset focused on improving how an advisory firm operates.
