Position: Accountant Spain - Fixed-term contract (6 months)

As an Accountant Spain using SAGE, you will significantly impact our business growth by ensuring our accounting and reporting systems are scalable and support company decision-making.

You will focus on developing and maintaining client invoicing and collaborate closely with our Director of Finance and the Spain Country Manager.

This position is a fixed-term contract expected to last 6 months.

  • Managing client credit balances to align with company financial records
  • Preparing VAT (303 / 349 / 390), Withholding Tax (111 / 216 / 190 / 296), and other mandatory reports (232, INE Surveys, Batuz, etc.)
  • Providing administrative support to maintain office efficiency
  • Organizing and maintaining documents, records, reports, and certificates, coordinating with HR, Sales, Legal departments to ensure information is up-to-date

You are proficient in software management and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

You are proficient in English and Spanish.

A Bachelor's degree in Business is a plus.
