Getnet is seeking a Finance Transformation Process & Technology Analyst in Madrid to map and redesign end-to-end finance processes across global domains. You will document current and target-state processes, specify data flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized, scalable finance solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with ERP systems, process mining, RPA, and analytics, plus fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

4+ years in finance transformation, process excellence, or related areas.
Strong hands-on experience mapping end-to-end finance processes across multiple countries or business units.
Document current-state and target-state processes using BPMN, SIPOC, value-stream mapping, RACIs, or equivalent.
Experience with ERP, reporting tools, workflow tools, reconciliation tools, process mining, RPA, or analytics.
Translate finance requirements into technology-enabled improvements with measurable outcomes.
Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or regulated environments (preferred).

Responsabilidades

Map end-to-end finance processes across key domains (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Treasury, reporting).
Document process steps, roles, data flows, controls, and service levels.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization.
Design target-state processes, RACIs, and data flows for scalable finance.
Translate pain points into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery to drive adoption and value realization.
