Perk is a fast-scaling B2B travel and expense platform. As Senior Manager, Finance Systems, you will own NetSuite at its core, partnering with Accounting, Strategic Finance and Engineering to optimise, integrate and scale our finance technology stack.

This high-visibility role requires hands-on configuration, cross‑system leadership, and a proactive approach to SOX controls, audits, and continuous improvement across the close cycle.

Formación

• 7+ years of finance systems experience, with at least 4 years as a NetSuite administrator or functional lead.
• Hands-on NetSuite configuration: workflows, saved searches, SuiteScript, reporting.
• Track record of owning cross-system integration projects from requirements through delivery.
• Solid understanding of core accounting processes (close cycle, AR/AP, consolidation).
• Experience supporting SOX IT general controls or equivalent audit-facing work.
• Strong project management instincts: manage multiple workstreams and communicate status.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and functional lead.
• Manage configuration, customization (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SavedSearches), and release management.
• Own the NetSuite integration landscape across upstream and downstream systems.
• Drive AR/AP, GL, and close-process optimization within NetSuite.
• Manage the broader finance tech stack and evaluate AI tools.
• Own the systems roadmap—lead vendor negotiations and retire legacy processes.
• Lead end-to-end system integration projects with Engineering involvement.
• Own IT general controls across finance systems as part of SOX.
• Manage user access reviews and provisioning workflows; liaise with auditors (Deloitte/PwC).
• Document data dictionaries, processes, and runbooks; translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
