Infosys Consulting is seeking a Finance Oracle Manager in our Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice. The Consultant / Senior Consultant will work on Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementations, lead requirements workshops, and craft detailed designs while guiding testing and fit-gap analyses.

You will engage in a collaborative, high-growth consulting environment with a strong emphasis on delivery excellence, knowledge-sharing, and career development within a global firm.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or MBA or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 2+ implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (Fusion Financials).
• 7–8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Finance.
• Experience configuring General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, Smart View).
• Strong industry knowledge and best practices.
• High-impact communication and planning skills.

About Your Role

In the role of Finance Oracle Manager, you will support assessment, discovery, requirement workshops, help define problem statements, review/analyse requirements specifications from the business needs, support the creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and test.

Technology - Oracle ERP Cloud Financials

• 4 years bachelor's degree or MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• 2+ implementations in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (Fusion Financials)
• At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Finance Processes
• Experience in designing and configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules
• Experience with Oracle Fusion financial reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, Smart View) and month-end/quarter-end close processes
• Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices
• High-impact Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
