Solturo Solutions in Málaga is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance. You will support management with insights and ensure accurate records.

The role manages accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and coordination with external accountants and banks, with a focus on confidentiality and strategic growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Leadership: ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Confidentiality: High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Monitor financial performance and identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll and payment processes.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and other financial partners.

14:15 h – 22:15 h (CET)

Full-time | 39 hrs/week

Salary: 24K-30K/yearly (Based in experience)
