For our office in Barcelona we’re looking for a hands‑on Finance Manager to manage our company’s financial health within various markets. As an integral part of our team, you’ll work across disciplines to deliver industry‑shaping financial and strategy solutions in Spain, Germany and worldwide.

You will be responsible for managing our regional company’s financial health through tasks like budget planning, financial reporting, cash flow supervision and ensuring tax compliance for countries in scope.

You will collaborate closely with the team leads, the global finance team and partners to provide financial advice, analyze data for trends, and collaborate with other departments to align financial activities with our business goals.

  • Accounts consolidation: Combining of the financial statements for multiple entities
  • Financial planning and budgeting: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets and financial forecasts to ensure the organization's financial health.
  • Reporting and analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) and present reports to management.
  • Transaction management: Oversee daily financial transactions, including processing invoices, tracking payments and receipts, expenses, and accounts receivable/payable.
  • Auditing and compliance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensure compliance with financial policies, and manage tax compliance and filings.
  • Cash flow management: Supervise cash flow and perform reconciliations to maintain financial stability.
  • Financial advice: Provide financial guidance and support to management for strategic planning and decision‑making.

  • 6+ years' experience of working on a Finance Officer or other similar position
  • Profound experience with financial and accounting procedures and regulations in relevant markets
  • Good practical experience with MS Office/ G-Suite (desirable: DATEV, Xero)
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; (further qualification desirable: i.e. Qualified Accountant)
