TD SYNNEX Spain is offering a junior finance opportunity in Barcelona, giving exposure to Accounts Payable, Vendor Receivables, and Accounting. You will gain hands-on experience in an international setting, learn financial processes, and develop professionally under experienced mentors.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates in finance-related fields with strong Excel, English communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are part of the package.

Formación

• Recent graduate or early-career in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to solve problems.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a finance career.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, international environment.
• SAP knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Previous internship or initial experience in finance-related roles is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily financial operations within Accounts Payable, Vendor Receivables, or Accounting teams.
• Process and maintain financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Assist with invoice processing, account reconciliations, and payment activities.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances and financial discrepancies.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting tasks.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and financial data in company systems.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects.
