HBX Group is seeking a Finance Analyst in Palma to support the financial close, maintain accurate records, and ensure audit and tax compliance. You will provide financial analysis to aid business decisions and work with auditors and external advisors to ensure timely reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification or progress toward certification is an advantage.
• Experience with audits or external advisors is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare audit documentation and respond to auditor requests.
• Review and prepare manual journal entries for accuracy.
• Monitor monthly close activities and ensure timely completion.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for scope entities and flag issues.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet and P&L reviews with insights.
• Support local tax reporting with data and documentation.
• Assist Finance Operations with ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements in controls and reporting.
