Eatable Adventures busca un becario para unirse al área financiera, con interés en contabilidad y cumplimiento normativo. Se trabajará en un entorno internacional y dinámico, participando en el ciclo contable y apoyo transversal.

Las tareas incluyen gestión de cuentas por pagar y por cobrar, registro contable, conciliaciones, cierres mensuales y cumplimiento transfronterizo. Se ofrece flexibilidad horaria, formato híbrido y posibilidad de contrato indefinido tras la pasantía.

Formación

• Se requiere título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas o campo relacionado y posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas.
• Alto grado de precisión y atención al detalle.
• Experiencia con Excel/Google Sheets y software contable.
• Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
• Capacidad para manejar información confidencial con integridad.
• Idiomas: español e inglés fluidos (ambos obligatorios).

Responsabilidades

• Gestión de cuentas por pagar y por cobrar: apoyar en procesamiento de facturas, seguimiento de pagos y proveedores.
• Registro contable: mantener asientos en libro mayor, gastos y documentación para auditorías.
• Conciliaciones bancarias: conciliación de estados mensuales y detección de discrepancias.
• Apoyo en cierres mensuales: ayudar en informes, asientos contables y devengos.
• Cumplimiento financiero transfronterizo: asegurar cumplimiento fiscal y conversiones entre jurisdicciones.
• Apoyo a otras áreas (Administración, RR. HH., inversiones, consultoría, etc.).

• Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Support on processing client invoices, track payments, and manage vendor bills to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.


• Financial Recordkeeping: Support on maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries, expense reports, and supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews.


• Bank Reconciliations: participate on reconciling bank statements with internal records monthly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies or unauthorized transactions.


• Assistance with Monthly Closings: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including journal entries and accruals.


• Cross-Border Financial Compliance Support: Help ensure adherence to international tax regulations and currency conversion standards when processing transactions across different jurisdictions.


• Support other areas of the company: Provide support where needed in Administration, HR, investments, consulting, etc.

This role offers significant exposure to the full accounting cycle and cross-functional operations, providing a solid foundation for a career in finance.

Tu perfil

If you are an individual with a foundational understanding of accounting principles, a commitment to accuracy, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, international environment, we want to meet you!

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and the posibility to sign an internship agreement with the training center.


• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and with accounting software will be valuable.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.


• Languages: fluent in spanish and english (mandatory both)
