Milwaukee Tool Spain, a leader in professional tools, seeks a field sales representative to manage a client portfolio and promote Milwaukee tools to the professional market. You will demonstrate products, provide technical support, and grow business across Spain, traveling to customers and events.

The role offers a permanent contract with a fixed salary plus a monthly bonus based on targets, along with private medical insurance, a pension plan, life insurance, a company vehicle, a mobile phone

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Proactive and target-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and build relationships with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage your client portfolio in line with commercial strategy and objectives.
• Demonstrate Milwaukee tools and accessories to end users to convert them to the Milwaukee brand.
• Provide efficient solutions and product/service support to the professional user.
• Promote products and services through regular contact with current and potential end users; follow up on new business opportunities.
• Plan follow-up actions to develop and further penetrate accounts.
• Update the CRM daily to maintain detailed information on visits and clients.
• Maintain high knowledge of products, market, and product news; monitor market and competition.
• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and corporate events; perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the line manager.
