Formación

Position: Field Technical Engineer (País Vasco: Rioja, Navarra, Santander, Asturias)
Purpose of the Job
  • Provide technical support to Sales Representatives and customers regarding Abbott Medical products.
  • Assist with educational wet labs for physicians.
  • Ensure compliance with all EMEAC Business Ethics, Regulatory, and Quality procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support physicians across the national territory with equipment and assistance.
  • Support physicians during clinical study enrollment and follow-up, collaborating with the Therapy Marketing Group.
  • Conduct product presentations and training on new products.
  • Support the Sales team and analyze competitors' devices.
  • Maintain updated marketing databases and produce monthly activity reports.
  • Represent the company professionally, adhering to quality procedures.
  • Provide market feedback to the Sales Department.
  • Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies, including pricing and expense reporting.
  • Assist in building the yearly operating plan and support other areas as needed.

This position requires approximately 25% travel. It involves direct contact with customers.

Education & Competencies
  • University Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Biotechnologist, with hospital/operating room internships preferred.
  • High-level English proficiency (C1 Advanced).
  • Medical background and computer skills (Microsoft Office) are advantageous.
