A leading gaming technology company located in Barcelona is seeking a proactive individual to install and support their electronic gaming machines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of technical experience in the casino industry and knowledge of Casino Management Systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, customer relationship management, and providing technical support. Travel and a valid EU passport are required, along with fluency in English.

Formación

  • Minimum of 3 years technical experience in the casino industry.
  • Knowledge of Casino Management Systems preferred.
  • Must have a valid driving license and EU passport.
  • Ability to express oneself in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

  • Installation, service and support of the IGT product line.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and remotely.
  • Lead organization and execution of installations.
  • Create positive customer relationships.
  • Provide technical support on internal projects.

Technical experience in the casino industry

🛠️ Key responsibilities include :
  • Installation, service and support of the IGT electronic gaming machine product line
  • Take the lead with organization and execution of installations and field service visits at IGTs casino customers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues through identification to resolution both on site and remotely
  • Create and enhance positive customer relationships
  • Provide technical support on internal projects
  • Provide technical support to other team members and colleagues throughout IGT
  • Flexibility to schedule work depending on schedule and priorities either at the IGT office in Barcelona, at home or directly with customer site visits
  • Key market responsibilities are Spain and Portugal. The potential exists for additional markets to be assigned.
📚 Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a goal orientated, proactive individual with competencies and attributes in the following areas :

  • Preferentially a minimum of 3 years technical experience in the casino industry is required.
  • Knowledge and experience of IGTs product line is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of Casino Management Systems is preferred.
  • Field Service experience in a similar or comparable business.
  • A relevant qualification in electrical, electronics, PC hardware, Telecommunications or similar.
  • A good working knowledge of MS office tools, Excel, Word, Visio.
  • Excellent organizational skills, a service minded team player that will fit in the informal but strong company culture.
