Job summary

Sulzer Pumps Wastewater Spain S.A.U. is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to install, configure, calibrate and repair pumps and related equipment at customer sites.

You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and supervise subcontractor work when required. This role requires an Electromechanical technician qualification or equivalent hands-on experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic OHS training.

Qualifications

• Intermediate or Advanced Electromechanical Technician (equivalent to FP I / FP II) or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Basic Occupational Risk Prevention Training (Nivel Básico) and safety training related to the risks of the specific work area.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, calibrate and repair pumps and related equipment at customer sites, delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical service.
• Coordinate with the Workshop Manager and supervise subcontractors as required during installations or commissioning.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and on-site support to customers and assist with measurements, analysis or quotations when needed.
