Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter products across Spain, including advanced IT solutions. This on-site role reports to the Field Technical Service Supervisor and requires travel within Spain.

You will diagnose failures, perform electrical and mechanical testing, develop service agreements, and respond to customer calls, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with experience in service/maintenance of Medical Devices/Diagnostics or another highly regulated industry.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel >50% within Spain and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and maintain Beckman Coulter products and IT solutions at customer sites.
• Diagnose system failures and implement effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or quality reporting system.
• Develop new customer service/product agreements.
• Respond to customer support calls within the assigned territory.
