Revolut in Barcelona, Spain, invites applications for a Field Sales Representative to drive SMB growth in payments and POS solutions across the local market. You will prospect, develop, and close deals while representing Revolut to new business customers.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, field-based experience, and a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, hit KPIs, and maintain accurate CRM records in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• At least 1 year of solid sales experience.
• Experience on the field with in-person visits is preferred.
• A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and acquiring new SMB customers for payments and POS solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain territory records and CRM up-to-date.

We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to drive growth in the SMB market for payment and POS solutions in Barcelona, Spain.

What you’ll be doing

• Prospecting and acquiring new businesses in the SMB market for payment, POS solutions, and other features
• Owning the full sales cycle from prospect and lead generation to closing
• Overseeing your territory and maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

What you'll need

• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Spanish (native level)
• 1+ years of solid sales experience
• Experience on the field with in-person visits
• A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture

Nice to have

• Familiarity with end-to-end sales cycle management
• Experience in payments, fintech, and/or hospitality
