Descripción del empleo

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to execute Sphera’s integrated industry marketing campaigns in Europe. Reporting to the Industry Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for campaign execution, regional adaptation, and sales alignment to generate pipeline and accelerate growth in your assigned region.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution : Execute full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns tailored for your region and industry, leveraging digital, events, and ABM tactics.
  • Sales Enablement : Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to ensure campaign alignment, follow-up, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Event Marketing : Manage execution of key regional events, webinars, and tradeshows in partnership with corporate event marketing.
  • Digital Integration : Partner with Sphera’s digital marketing team and their selected digital agency to localize and optimize paid, SEO, email, and website campaigns for regional audiences.
  • Content Activation : Adapt global content, thought leadership, and case studies to regional customer needs, ensuring relevance in partnership with content and digital agencies.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Monitor campaign performance, track lead flow and pipeline impact, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product marketing, field marketing, and digital marketing to ensure integrated and consistent execution.
Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or risk / sustainability sectors.
  • Hands-on experience in demand generation, ABM, and campaign execution.
  • Strong collaboration skills and proven ability to work with sales and marketing teams.
  • Experience executing events (in-person and virtual) as part of integrated campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, ABM and analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Asana and 6sense).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
