Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking reliable drivers to support a large-scale mapping data collection project in Spain. You will operate client-provided vehicles equipped with mapping gear to collect high‑quality street‑level data across assigned zones, often staying away from home on hotel-based assignments.

Candidates should have strong driving experience, good English, and a safety‑focused approach.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, delivery, logistics, courier).
• Good English.
• Experience driving larger vehicles (vans, trucks) preferred.
• Defensive, calm, and safety-oriented driving style.
• Comfortable driving in high-traffic and stressful conditions.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation tools.
• Good knowledge of local roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns in the working country.
• Polite, professional, and respectful demeanor with the public.
• Basic technical and mechanical knowledge (e.g., changing tires, reading vehicle gauges).

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate client-provided vehicles equipped with mapping and data collection equipment.
• Collect mapping data within assigned zones efficiently and per guidelines.
• Handle and protect all client-provided vehicles, devices, and equipment.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness and basic upkeep.
• Research and identify safe local parking locations to ensure vehicle and equipment security.
• Securely park, cover, and safeguard the vehicle daily at designated locations.
• Report and handle incidents, including traffic accidents and public interactions, professionally.
• Coordinate daily activities, assignments, and issue resolution with the Camp Coordinator.
• Communicate technical, mechanical, or operational issues promptly.
• Meet daily and weekly delivery targets with project coordinators.
• Travel long distances and work in “hotel mode” during assignments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and device logs in the designated system or application.
