Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fenergo Configuration Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience configuring the Fenergo platform, particularly in client lifecycle management (CLM), onboarding, and regulatory compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize the Fenergo platform to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate functional specifications into technical configurations.
  • Support the implementation of Fenergo modules including KYC, AML, and Client Onboarding.
  • Conduct unit testing and assist with system integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation of configuration changes and best practices.
  • Stay current with Fenergo product updates and regulatory changes impacting configuration.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 2–4 years of experience configuring the Fenergo platform in a financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of CLM, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance processes.
  • Experience with XML, XSLT, SQL, and Fenergo Rules Engine is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications
  • Fenergo Platform Training/Certification (if available)
  • ACAMS or other relevant compliance certifications (a plus)
