Atelier Madre is seeking a Visual Content Creator to shape our visual identity and produce photography and video for our website, social channels, and brand communications. You will work closely with the founder, access our workshop and products, and have room to propose ideas and develop them with us.

You will lead shoots, edit content, and ensure a cohesive aesthetic across platforms, with the tools provided to create high-quality assets on-site in Barcelona.

Formación

Visual Content Creator

Video and Photography | Barcelona | On-site

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Atelier Madre is an independent leather goods brand founded in Barcelona in 2021. We design and make our bags and accessories in our own atelier, with the workshop and store under one roof. Our products are defined by simple forms, considered proportions and the character of the leather.

We are looking for a visual creator to help shape how Atelier Madre is seen. Working closely with the founder, you will develop our visual identity and create photography and video for our website, social media and wider brand communications.

You will have direct access to the products, the workshop and the people behind them, with room to propose ideas and develop them with us. This is a role for someone who enjoys making creative decisions and producing the work themselves. We provide all the tools and equipment needed for the role.

What you will do

• Develop our visual identity with us, shaping the art direction, styling, lighting and visual language of our photography and video.
• Create engaging formats and recurring series for Instagram and TikTok. Find stories, perspectives and ways of presenting our products that make people want to watch and return.
• Turn ideas into finished work. Plan shoots, photograph and film, direct people on camera and handle editing and post-production.
• Produce visual assets for our website, social media and other brand needs. Adapt the work to each setting while maintaining a recognisable identity and accurate product representation.
• Test concepts, hooks and edits. Use watch time, audience response and commercial feedback to understand what works and improve the next version.

What you bring

• An excellent visual eye, demonstrated in your portfolio. You understand composition, colour, texture and detail, and can explain your creative choices.
• Strong practical skills in photography and video, including lighting, sound, colour grading and retouching. You can organise a shoot and deliver the finished assets independently.
• Confidence with professional camera equipment, iPhone filming, video editing software and Photoshop or Lightroom.
• A feel for social media storytelling and an interest in the results your work achieves. You can develop ideas that feel right for the brand and relevant to the audience.
• Ambition, initiative and a strong work ethic. You work at pace, adapt quickly, meet deadlines and take feedback seriously.
• Curiosity about AI tools and practical ways to use them in your creative process.
• Confident communication in English, availability to work on-site in Barcelona and the right to work in Spain.
