Responsibilities

• Monitor performance to achieve goals.
• Review weekly/monthly sales and re-project in-season sales and inventories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team on replenishment styles.
• Assist in presenting forecasted sales and inventory plans.
• Plan inventory levels to maximize sales.
• Monitor sales and inventory to ensure optimal store assortments.
• Analyze OTB and adjust orders, pricing or markdown strategies as needed.
• Develop seasonal strategies.
• Ensure financial success of departments by meeting targets.
• Create pre-season sales and inventory plans by department, class and style.
