Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU seeks a Production Manager for the Make in India program, based in Vadodara, India. You will coordinate the resident team across Production, Quality, ME and Procurement, liaising with Airbus stakeholders as the Industrial Representative.

The role involves leading integration activities on the C295 programme, managing escalation, and ensuring delivery from FAL to Flight Line with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multifunctional teams in aerospace/defence manufacturing.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling and delivery of complex assemblies.
• Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic alignment across multifunc­tional production teams and partners.
• Represent Airbus operations and coordinate with TASL and suppliers.
• Lead site escalation forums (SQCDP/N3/N4) and resolve issues.
• Oversee production plans, KPI tracking, cost targets and quality.
• Coordinate with QA, Supply Chain, MRB, Design Office, Logistics and tooling.
• Ensure on-time delivery to the Flight Line and customer acceptance.
