Roche in Sant Cugat del Vallès is seeking a Facilities Engineer to deliver engineering projects and coordinate maintenance of building systems and utilities. You will act as the technical interface with external service providers, ensuring safe, compliant and timely execution of tasks.

The role emphasizes execution, project coordination, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on asset reliability and regulatory compliance within a regulated healthcare environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation)
• 5–7 years of experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Project Management
• Experience managing technical projects and using project tracking tools
• Good understanding of local regulations and codes for building installations
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Manage and deliver engineering and automation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate daily activities of technical contractors and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance, maintaining documentation.
• Support sustainability initiatives and digital transformation through asset management.
• Maintain asset data in CMMS and ensure accurate work orders and maintenance plans.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
