A construction service provider is seeking skilled Façade (SATE) Specialists to work on prestigious projects in Spain. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, ensuring compliance with insulation standards, and conducting maintenance. Candidates should preferably reside in Europe, have relevant certifications, and a social security number. This position offers competitive payments following the Spanish Construction Agreement.

Formación

• Current residence in Europe, preferably Portugal or Spain.
• Possess a social security number.
• Driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Certifications relevant to the trade.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and clean exterior surfaces before application.
• Conduct façade repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure quality and safety standards.

• Prepare and clean exterior surfaces before application.
• Ensure thermal, acoustic, and waterproofing compliance.
• Conduct façade repairs and maintenance when needed.
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must Above 18 year old
• Current Residence Europe Preferred Portugal Spain
• Social Security
• Driving license (Preferred not mandatory)
• Certifications in the trade
