Ethos is seeking experienced financial analysts to train an AI model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slide decks, focusing on storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and data-driven exhibits for client-ready decks.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in top-tier finance, with expert PowerPoint skills and precise written communication, and are available for flexible remote engagement of 5–20 hours per week.

• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.

We're looking for financial analysts with 2+ years of experience to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
