Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced communications professionals to train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will produce executive-level materials, lead company-wide decks, and refine AI-generated slides for all-hands, town halls, and leadership offsite content.

You will collaboratively craft precise, high-quality PowerPoint and slide decks with strong written communication, delivering on strict deadlines while working fully remote on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate communications at a significant company.
• Track record of owning executive-level presentation materials.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced communications professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for communications managers with 4+ years producing executive and company-wide presentations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: all-hands and town hall decks, executive talking points with slides, crisis communication materials, internal campaign presentations, and leadership offsite materials.
Compensation: $70/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
