Drees & Sommer is seeking an AI Engineer to drive end-to-end development of AI-enabled solutions for internal teams and external clients in the construction and real estate sectors.

You will collaborate with the AI Lab to translate requirements into producible AI components, shape architectures, deploy models, and scale capabilities across on-premise and cloud environments. This is a hybrid role with a focus on impact from design to production.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or comparable field.
• Professional software engineering experience with cloud, backend or frontend tech.
• Practical AI engineering experience via work, internships, research, or projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a team.
• High English level (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Develop and integrate AI system components (RAG pipelines, agents, tools, skills, MCP connections).
• Maintain front-end and back-end components; support operation of AI solutions (Cloud and On-Premise).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to AI platform development, solution architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate, test, and implement new models and technologies for construction/real estate domains.
