Recruitment Chief is partnering with a fast-growing technology company in Marbella to find an exceptional Executive Team Assistant — someone who thrives in a fast-paced leadership environment and enjoys being the calm centre of a very busy storm.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the CEO, while also supporting the COO and Chief Strategy Officer in a company that’s scaling globally and making serious waves in its industry.

What you’ll be doing

Provide proactive executive support to the CEO, including diary and inbox management, travel coordination, meeting prep, briefing notes, and follow-up.

Support the COO and CSO with scheduling, communications, and ad‑hoc project and event coordination.

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders — filtering requests, drafting responses, and keeping priorities on track.

Organise leadership meetings, off‑sites, and team events (agendas, logistics, minutes, action tracking).

Maintain strong working relationships across senior stakeholders, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Spot bottlenecks and suggest improvements — from workflow tweaks to smarter admin systems.Manage sensitive information with complete discretion and maturity.

Who we’re looking for

Around 3–5 years’ experience supporting C‑suite or senior leaders, ideally within a fast‑moving environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills — fluent English is essential.

Meticulous attention to detail, great judgement, and calm under pressure.

Tech‑savvy and comfortable juggling calendars, documents, and communications across multiple platforms.

A natural problem‑solver who anticipates needs and gets things done before being asked.

Professional, discreet, adaptable — you thrive in change and enjoy working closely with people at the top of their game.

Why it’s worth it

You’ll be the operational heartbeat of a high-energy leadership team — the person who makes things happen, connects the dots, and keeps everyone moving in the right direction. It’s a brilliant chance to grow your career, learn directly from senior executives, and play a pivotal part in an ambitious international business.
