Job summary

W Executive, in partnership with a leading player in the packaging sector, seeks a General Manager to own strategic direction, operational performance, and profitable growth across manufacturing operations.

The role requires extensive leadership in food or packaging, full P&L responsibility, and the ability to align manufacturing capabilities with market needs while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in the food or packaging industry.
• Experience in General Management or senior operational leadership.
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership and sustainable results.
• Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing and supply chain management.
• Strong financial literacy, including budgeting and CapEx planning.

Responsibilities

• Assume full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans.
• Oversee manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain operations.
• Drive operational excellence through OEE optimization and waste reduction.
• Lead commercial strategy and strengthen key customer relationships.
• Foster a high-performance culture and develop multidisciplinary teams.
