How you will create an impact

The ideal candidate will expertly navigate interactions with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, with flexibility to adapt to varying time zones as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Enable senior executives to focus on strategic priorities, client relationships, and business growth by managing administrative and logistical responsibilities.
  • Streamline daily workflows, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense management, ensuring time and cost optimization.
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, and business reviews for leadership, Board, and regulatory meetings.
  • Coordinate communication between leadership, underwriting, operations, and support functions, ensuring alignment and timely follow-up on strategic initiatives.
  • Manage sensitive information related to clients, financial results, and organizational strategy with discretion.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, data protection, and internal controls.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders, including brokers, clients, and regional teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication and meeting cadence across departments and time zones.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a large, multi-national environment.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven discretion and demonstrated ability to assume autonomy and use independent judgment.
  • High resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Dependable, proficient in multitasking and extremely detail oriented.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Concur, Ariba, SharePoint, Fieldglass, and Confluence.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration and teamwork.
  • Client focus and solution orientation: problem solving.
