The successful candidate will handle internal and external communications, manage scheduling for management, prepare meetings, create reports and presentations, and organize office tasks. Essential qualifications include a completed commercial training, initial professional experience in the manufacturing sector, and fluency in English and Spanish. Your profile
  • Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., office clerk); Bachelor of Arts (Business Administration)
  • Initial professional experience in a comparable position in the manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent English and Spanish skills; German skills are an advantage
  • Organized and independent work style, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
