Allianz Technology SE’s CTO1AGCS IT function delivers global IT services and drives transformation across application, database and platform services, aligning regional set-ups worldwide. The role supports the HoIT, coordinates content for project execution, and ensures high-quality delivery with multiple stakeholders across IT and business teams.

You will manage complex tasks under tight deadlines, maintain executive readiness, and act as main contact for requests related to the CTO function.

Formación

• Academic qualification, preferably in IT or economics/business administration with a IT affinity, as well as project management experience (at least 3 years of professional experience).
• Detailed knowledge of and experience in the Allianz Group and Allianz Technology customers, services & processes is required as well as fluent English
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of corporate hierarchy, with both IT and business managers; High affinity for technology and infrastructure security, at the same good business acumen and strong financial understanding.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as very good Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Microsoft Powerpoint knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and accurately, to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a structured and reliable way, and to work well under time pressure.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively ensuring that the Head of IT is at all times prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and discussions, as well as enabling and equipping the direct reports for all topics related to the function both in terms of content, planning and communications.
• Complex task management with tight deadlines, multiple stakeholder management, project management with multiple entities needed for project roll-out, and the need to analyze and challenge Allianz Technology topics and content.
• Support the steering of strategic initiatives the HoIT is working on, ensuring they align with AzT strategy and delivered to a high quality.
• Daily business support to filter, prioritize and follow up emails, and highlight urgent correspondence where needed.
• Supporting the function as the main point of contact for incoming requests related to the function with the ability to coordinate, gather, and distribute the correct content for project execution and deliverable sign-offs within CTO1AGCS.
• Collaborating with other direct reports of the HoIT on outstanding tasks, deadlines and offsite preparations.

About The Job
