How you will CELLebrate
Overall Description
- Take full ownership of technical infrastructure execution, including detailed planning, progress tracking, steering the technical handover process ("BSI—Battery Specific Infrastructure‑ready"), and comprehensive reporting.
- Actively identify, consolidate, and drive solutions for all open execution topics within your assigned area.
- Lead and coordinate with external construction partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project goals.
- Drive and manage execution‑related purchase orders to support timely delivery.
Deliverables
- Clear execution timeline with regular progress reports marking "BSI‑ready" status.
- Detailed collision reports outlining open issues and their resolution status.
- Practical execution solutions and mitigation proposals to overcome obstacles.
- Established communication structure for execution topics with PowerCo contacts, suppliers, and partners.
Decision Authority
- Cost management within the agreed execution budget.
- Timeline adherence according to the Value Stream Manager (VSM) roadmap.
- Decision‑making on execution process‑related specifications.
Escalation Points
- Value Stream Manager (VSM)
- Planning Coordinator (specifically for design‑related issues)
Core Tasks
- Organize and lead weekly execution planning meetings to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Facilitate daily problem‑solving meetings focused on immediate execution challenges.
- Coordinate on‑site solution steering involving suppliers, partners, and planners as needed.
- Relay on‑site design decisions promptly to the planning coordinator.
- Report on execution progress, including identification and tracking of mitigation actions.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for purchase orders, ensuring timely submission and follow‑up.

Leadership Skills
- Practical, hands‑on leader with proven experience managing operational teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in integrating multiple planning domains into a unified, resilient execution plan.
- Experienced in consulting and steering contractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers through construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
Technical Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, adept at aligning stakeholders and ensuring transparent communication.
- Solid understanding of battery infrastructure and related technical requirements.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and ability to interpret technical plans.
- Familiar with various Full‑Time Equivalent (FTE) planning methodologies.
Personal Attributes
- Collaborative team player who actively supports others and keeps all stakeholders well‑informed.
- High coordination capability, managing complex schedules and resources effectively.

- More than 3 years experience in battery sector.
- Fluent in English.
