Role Overview

Our client is a market leader in the EV charging industry, developing and manufacturing accessible, user-friendly, and intelligent charging systems for homes and businesses. As Area Manager of Spain, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and driving market growth.

With innovation and sustainability at its core, the company’s mission is to accelerate the transition to electric mobility and smarter energy management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the entire sales process – from prospecting new clients to overseeing delivery and after‑sales support.
  • Providing technical and commercial consultancy, aligning proposed solutions with customer needs and corporate strategy.
  • Promoting the company’s products and initiatives through events, partnerships, and loyalty activities to strengthen long‑term relationships.
  • Using CRM tools to track pipeline performance and ensure smooth commercial operations.
Key Experience & Qualifications

We are looking for a professional who combines strong commercial acumen with a technical understanding of EV charging or related technologies.

  • Solid experience in B2B sales, account management, or distribution within the energy, mobility, or electrical sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative and solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with international teams.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
