You will be responsible for managing delegates, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and coordinating with various suppliers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility for health and safety in the event spaces. Responsabilidades

• Assist with managing day and evening events within the strategy and events programme.
• Provide input and feedback to improve space usage and management.
• Be the go-to for all delegates, ensuring they feel welcome and at ease.
• Set up the space for day or evening events and handle ad-hoc requests.
• Manage stock & expenses and oversee supplier relationships.
• Maintain meeting room setup and ensure smooth billing processes.
• Liaise with teams to ensure a great guest experience.
• Take responsibility for health & safety of the area.
• Provide a secure environment for customers and their property.
