We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and creative Event Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of events (virtual, hybrid, and in‑person) that strengthen our brand presence, accelerate our pipeline, and support our global marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an individual contributor that can seamlessly collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams, thrives in a fast‑paced SaaS environment, and is passionate about creating events that drive engagement, brand visibility, and measurable business impact.
Plan and coordinate events from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and lead‑generation goals for both third party tradeshows and JAGGAER hosted events.
Collaborate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to manage logistics, contracts, and operations.
Brief and coordinate the creation of all event materials, from invitations and signage to presentations and giveaways.
Fully manage event platforms (such as Cvent) and CRM systems to manage attendee engagement, data capture, and reporting.
Define KPIs for each event, collect and analyze event performance data, prepare post‑event reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
At least 5 years managing complex, high‑profile internal and external events, preferably in global SaaS or technology companies, as well as international trade show sponsorships.
Experience using event technology platforms (Cvent experience is required) and CRM systems.
Proven vendor and contract negotiation skills, with budget management discipline and experience managing complex rooming lists.
Strong background in event marketing, with the ability to connect events to pipeline acceleration and broader marketing campaigns.
Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with a passion for creating high‑quality, memorable experiences.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
Collaborative, solution‑oriented, “doer” mindset, analytical, and comfortable using data to track KPIs and report on event ROI.
Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
