Placements24 is seeking a reliable Catering Assistant to support event catering operations. You will help with food preparation, setup, service, and cleanup, contributing to a positive client experience in dynamic events environments.

This role offers flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and is ideal for students or those seeking supplementary income. No prior catering experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is advantageous, but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages according to client specifications.
• Set up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas, service stations, and kitchen facilities.
• Assist with clearing tables and breakdown of event setups post-service.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently.
