Renrui Hr, on behalf of a leading global automotive OEM, seeks a Vehicle Security Operations Engineer to join its European R&D organization in Barcelona. You will lead local cybersecurity operations for connected vehicles, cloud platforms and backend services across Europe.

Responsibilities include monitoring security events, developing SIEM/IDS detection rules, incident response, threat hunting and ensuring compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 and GDPR. English is required; Spanish beneficial.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• At least 3 years in cybersecurity operations, SOC or related area.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM/IDS platforms and security monitoring.

Responsabilidades

• Perform cybersecurity monitoring for connected vehicles, cloud platforms and backend services in Europe.
• Monitor and investigate alerts, drive incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and optimize SIEM/IDS detection rules and use cases.
• Improve detection coverage, playbooks and security automation.
• Coordinate with HQ, European teams and external partners for incident closure.
• Prepare incident reports and technical analyses.
• Ensure operation compliance with ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155/R156 and GDPR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.
