PTV Logistics is seeking an entry-level EU Legal Counsel to join its legal team in the EU. You will handle contract reviews, negotiate terms, and advise on GDPR and data protection across SaaS and IT services. You’ll monitor EU digital regulations (CRA and NIS2) and support sales with compliance checks and contract execution.

• Master's degree in law with strong contract law foundations.
• Solid understanding of European IT law and GDPR compliance.
• Familiarity with EU digital regulations such as the CRA or NIS2.

Responsabilidades

• Review and negotiate customer contracts and templates for SaaS/IT services.
• Assess data protection provisions in supplier and third-party agreements.
• Manage Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and privacy policies with DPO.
• Monitor EU digital regulations (CRA, NIS2) and advise on contract impact.
• Support sales with compliance checks during onboarding and contract signatures.
• Assist with trademark filings and simplify contract templates.
