Novartis is seeking an ERC Manager in Barcelona to lead Ethics, Risk & Compliance initiatives that protect reputation and enable sustainable growth. The role partners with global teams and senior leaders to drive risk-based decisions and foster an integrity-driven culture.

Based in Barcelona, the ideal candidate will manage complex compliance programs, oversee governance, and provide training and guidance to associates across therapeutical areas. English and Spanish fluency is required.

Formación

• Experience managing ethics, risk, compliance, or governance programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and impact on operations.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and compliance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering results.
• Ability to translate data insights into decisions.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ERC projects supporting strategic business priorities and mitigate compliance risks.
• Drive local ERC program through business stewardship and training for associates.
• Support local policy/tool/controls implementation (Anti-bribery, third-party risk, etc.).
• Establish and oversee project governance, scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with country and cross-functional stakeholders to execute projects.
• Provide clear progress updates and actionable insights to senior leaders.
• Strengthen compliance practices and promote integrity and continuous improvement.
• Support risk-based decision making through data analysis.
