Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Spain is seeking a manufacturing professional to monitor production plans and ensure line outputs remain efficient, while complying with internal work instructions and safety rules.

The role includes preparing wafers, components or semi-products, processing them according to specifications and quality standards, and performing basic machine setup including CNC/SPS programming if required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare wafers, components or semi‑products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Process components or semi‑products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
• Execute task(s) as ordered or explained and report any failure or dysfunctionality to supervisor. Obeys EHS rules.

Descripción del empleo

Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs and keeping production assigned overall efficient. Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS). Planning or contributing to unit's budget, allocating resources and keeping manufacturing cost as planned. Executing, supervising or managing manufacturing front-end processes assigned, according to specified procedures, e.g.:

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required. Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues. A job at this level… Executes task(s), as ordered or explained. Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor. Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
