Se requiere Ingeniería Industrial, 5+ años de experiencia en planificación y experiencia con SAP APO u Oracle ASCP,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ años de experiencia en planificación y control de producción o cadena de suministro.
• Título en Ingeniería Industrial u otra disciplina afín.
• Capacidad analítica y manejo de sistemas de planificación avanzados (ERP).

Aufgaben

• Desarrollar y mantener planes y calendarios de producción.
• Monitorear el rendimiento frente a objetivos y ajustar desviaciones.
• Gestionar inventarios de materiales, WIP y productos terminados.
• Colaborar con ventas, compras y producción para alinear demanda y oferta.
• Implantar y optimizar software de planificación.
• Analizar datos de producción para prever necesidades y cuellos de botella.
• Coordinación con logística para flujo de materiales.
• Elaborar informes de rendimiento y cumplimiento de horarios.
• Identificar oportunidades de reducción de costos en la planificación.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y prácticas de la empresa.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules.
• Monitor production output against targets and identify deviations.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure demand-supply alignment.
• Implement and optimize production planning software and systems.
• Analyze production data to forecast future needs and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehousing departments for efficient material flow.
• Prepare reports on production performance, inventory status, and schedule adherence.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the production planning process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices in production planning.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience with ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle ASCP).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaen effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is advantageous.
