Job summary

We are looking for a Logistic Specialist to join our Logistic team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit based in Las Ventas de Retamosa (Toledo).

How your agenda looks like:

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock checks to prevent losses or discrepancies.
• Verify consistency between physical stock, delivery notes, and inventory records in the system.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper product traceability and maintain all associated documentation.
• Oversee compliance with FIFO procedures, batch tracking, and expiry date controls.
• Coordinate the organization of storage areas.
• Coordination: Liaise with the Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Accounting departments.

Your team:

Integrated within the Logistics team in Toledo, you will be reporting to the Plant & Logistic Manager.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar management role, preferably in growing industrial companies within the packaging, chemical, food, or related sectors.
• Highly organized, methodical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
