HBX Group is seeking a passionate ESG Specialist to help devise and implement our ESG strategy across environmental and social initiatives. The role focuses on aligning sustainability goals with corporate values and driving measurable impact.

You will support programs, coordinate volunteering efforts, and contribute to the ESG Report while engaging with teams globally in a dynamic travel tech environment.

• Assist in preparing the ESG Report and coordinate the audit process.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive ESG Specialist to collaborate in devising and implementing the ESG strategy and initiatives that position HBX Group as a key contributor to sustainable travel. This role will support programs and projects that drive environmental and social impact across the organization, ensuring alignment with our sustainability goals and corporate values.

Responsibilities:

• Organize volunteering activities and manage relationships with NGOs in our main offices.
• Promote and manage the Corporate Volunteering Platform to encourage employee engagement.
• Support the decarbonization plan, including reducing, measuring, and reporting carbon footprint.
• Assist in maintaining the Sustainable Hotel Database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide support in preparing the ESG Report and coordinating the audit process.
