Novartis in Barcelona, Spain is seeking an ERC Manager to lead Ethics, Risk & Compliance initiatives across global teams, strengthening integrity and business performance.

The role focuses on risk-based decision making, governance of ERC programs, training associates, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive compliant, sustainable growth.

Formación

• Experience leading ethics, risk, compliance, or governance programs in a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on business operations.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Ethics, Risk and Compliance projects that support strategic business priorities and mitigate compliance risks.
• Enable and drive the local ERC program through business stewardship with therapeutical areas and functions, supporting decision making, giving advice and training to associates when needed.
• Support the implementation of the local divisional ERC program through policy/tool/controls implementation at local level (Anti-bribery controls, Third party risk management, Professional Practices, Conflict of Interest) and local developments, codes and regulations.
• Establish and oversee project governance, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with country and cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Strengthen compliance practices and promote a culture of integrity and continuous improvement.
• Support risk-based decision making through data analysis and actionable insights.

• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and compliance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving results through collaboration and accountability.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into effective business decisions.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
