We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a background in biochemistry or biotechnology, specializing in industrial enzymes and enzymatic processes. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in enzyme applications at an industrial scale and a solid experimental foundation, including proven hands-on use of HPLC in both solvent and aqueous media, and GC-MS analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

·Evaluate and scale performance of enzyme mixes under process-scale conditions, including thermal, pH, and substrate concentration tolerance.

·Optimize enzymatic continuous reaction modes.

·Conduct enzyme kinetics and conversion studies at pilot scale and pre-industrial scale, identifying compounds production.

·Adapt biochemical parameters to reactor engineering constraints and validate enzyme compatibility with materials and additives.

·Design and implement robust loading and operation protocols to ensure reproducibility and ease of execution by production teams.

·Define standard conditions for consistent sample production and coordinate with Quality and Logistics to ensure full traceability.
