  • Experience creating modular kits and reusable assets that fit within technical and performance constraints.
  • Strong art foundations, preferably with fine arts studies.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, composition, scale, and lighting to create readable, atmospheric spaces that support gameplay.
  • Ability to translate concept art into 3D environments while preserving the intended art style.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a Spanish and English-speaking environment.
Desired requirements
  • Experience with stylized art styles and hand-painted texturing.

  • Familiarity with PBR workflows for creating textures and materials.
  • Knowledge of sculpting tools like ZBrush for creating detailed environment assets.
  • Familiarity with shader creation (e.g., Shader Graph, Amplify, Unreal Material Editor) and real-time rendering optimization (LODs, draw calls, texture budgets).
  • Experience with lighting, post-processing, and atmospheric effects in game engines.
  • Notions in VFX and particle systems for environmental effects (water, fog, foliage, ambience).
  • Experience with terrain tools, foliage, and vegetation creation.
  • Notions in level design principles and close collaboration with level designers.
  • A portfolio showcasing a variety of environments and art styles, from stylized to realistic.
