Strada is seeking an entry-level Payroll Associate to join a global payroll delivery team. The role focuses on training and development to launch a career in payroll, working with English and Danish language requirements, and supporting operational teams to meet client deadlines.

Responsibilities include daily payroll support, client management, and documentation upkeep. This position offers remote work with Granada hybrid options and opportunities for professional growth in a growing company.

Summary

Here lies an opportunity for motivated candidates fluent in Danish to join a global leader in payroll delivery services and HR technology. You will be given the training, development and skills to launch your career in this space. We are seeking candidates who have excellent communication skills in both English and Danish (Spanish not required) and an appetite to develop their career in payroll delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting our client(s) deadlines, whilst also working with Management to provide the best service to our clients by delivering their functional and technical expertise to support a selection of clients in Denmark.

Main Responsibilities

• Support Managers with client management, ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time .
• Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives.
• Provide daily functional support to the teams, to support the successful delivery of payrolls.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the Client Solution workbook.
• Responsible for the updating, maintaining and enforcing of the Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
• Ensure and Sign Off System Maintenance Testing.
• Support the review of the Statement of Works before its shared with the Client to ensure it's fit for purpose.
• Responsible for the resolution of Technical/Functional issues escalated from the team.
• Ensuring all system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary detail and evidence so that Application Services and/or Products can investigate.
• Working with Operational Management, Transformation and Products to implement automation, innovation and any continuous improvement programmes.
• Responsible for the management of the legislation roadmap and ensuring the team are upskilled in upcoming changes and processes are updated where needed.
• Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
• Support Management with the resolution of client escalations, along with lessons learned.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Appetite to grow their career in the European / Global payroll sector.
• Customer-facing experience in a B2B environment preferred.
